What People's Say About Place

I've put this review off too long. This is my third visit and the third time it's been absolutely delicious. Pho and vermicelli noodles were very good, but this time I tried a crispy stir fried egg noodles with chicken. Looked very different, almost like a bowl made of fried egg noodles with veg and chicken in it, swimming in a thick broth. It was my favorite thing so far. So much flavor.

Yummy all the way! My food was so delicious yet still not heavy. Everything was fresh and glorious. I got egg rolls and Pho Saigon. I would definitely come here again.

Finally got to try this little restaurant and as promised I would change my previous review to appropriately reflect the joint once tried. Let me tell you! This place is DELICIOUS! I honestly forgot what mine was called but it was pork and vermicelli and my dad had a steak meal. Both were soooooo good. The staff were friendly and had a smile on their faces. They were happy to answer any questions we had. We later went back to get my husband a sandwich. He hasn't tried it yet but as soon as he does I will edit the post. I would say 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the food came out quickly! It was the best Pho I’ve ever had.

Went after a Google search for pho... I was pleasantly surprised that this restaurant is in a building with other restaurants, allowing for different choices. Vietnamese, pizza, and burgers. Husband got Bun Bo Hue and Boba tea, I got pizza. My small pizza and a drink was less than $9, and a small is enough to split between two people. (Yay leftovers ) Pho and tea was around $20. Plenty of seating.

This is one of the restaurants inside The Yard. As the name suggests, it serves Vietnamese fare. There was plenty of seating and the staff there were very friendly and attentive. I ordered the grilled beef rolls and the egg rolls. The food came out relatively quickly and silverware, chopsticks, and sauces (Sriracha, soy, etc.) are provided at the tables. The beef rolls came with a peanut sauce and both the rolls and the sauce tasted good and freshly prepared. The egg rolls were served with a sweet chili sauce. They were good but a bit oily as well. Overall, not a bad experience and I will visit the location again to try additional menu items.

Finally a place in Jonesboro to get your Pho fix! Saigon Craft does a pretty solid job with some decent depth of flavor, although they could definitely use some shrimp, chicken, and vegetarian options. The spring rolls are typical for Vietnamese cuisine (<3 the peanut dipping sauce, y'all!), so if you've never tried spring rolls except for the run of the mill chain restaurant variety (looking at you, Colton's), try them out! So glad this place is on campus so that the students can support it and not competing next door to the chains on Red Wolf Blvd. The Yard is a pretty neat spot, although a bit commercial. Metal roofing must've been on sale. But, they got Shadrach's coming! If you've never had Pho, give it a shot! It's really good!
